Hi.
Welcome to Corona.
Unfortunately, WebPopups on Android continue to be a major headache for many people.
Your best bet would be to post a question on the Ansca Corona forum and hope somebody has a workaround.
This is also the reason my current app is not on Android. The Webpopups just don't work properly.
Cheers! :)

Hello,

I have been trying all day to get webpopups to behave in Android. I get some pretty weird behavior. For example attempting to send the navigator to corona:close (or whatever) fails with a message about how the webpage was not found. I thought I would get round this by using PubNub to publish a message back from the popup to the Corona app and responding to the message by isusing a cancelWebPopup but no joy - the PubNub message arrives but the cancellation does nothing.

If by any chance you have a fully working project that demonstrates how to get web popups to work consistently in Corona and yet be able to pass data to/from the webpage via the URL I really would be HUUUUUGELY grateful.

Newer update: If you click the YouTube button in the app on an iPad, you see large full screen-width videos instead of the little thumbnails as before.
